Account Executive
Mindful Creative is looking for you to come alongside our amazing clients such as the Humane Society of El Paso, Medical Center of the Americas and the Paso del Norte Foundation to build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships. Your role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, actively seek new sales opportunities, and help them with website updates. Along with this, you will also be tasked with putting together creative solutions and recommendations for new projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Writing: Creation and writing of proposals based on conversations with current clients.
- Deep Understanding of Services and Industry: Establish and maintain a working knowledge of Mindful Creative services and the nonprofit industry in order to be able to speak intelligently about service-related topics and identify new business opportunities.
- Networking: Build and cultivate relationships with local nonprofits and our current clients by finding and regularly attending local events.
- Tracking & Reporting: Utilize CRM to track all sales activities such as tasks, emails, phone calls, and statuses.
- Current Clients: Managing existing accounts to maintain current client relationships and identity new opportunities for growth.
- Strategy: Develop creative solutions to solve and respond to customer requests and inquiries.
What you’ll need to be considered
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive
- Optimistic, charismatic and upbeat personality.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish would be a plus)
- Ability to work independently, hard working, and self-motivated
- 4 year bachelor degree

- Knowledge of online marketing and websites
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
Full-Time Pay
Base Pay: Starting at $29,120/yr, depending on experience
Monthly Performance Bonus: +2-5% of Monthly Salary
